Hepburn Springs Motor Inn is a 3.5 star property which is located just 400 metres from the famous Hepburn Springs mineral spa baths. The 18 units are large and include two spa rooms and a room with facilities for the disabled. Breakfast (continental or cooked) is available to the units, as is a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. This is a non smoking motel and smokers are asked to smoke in the designated area near the BBQ.

There are a number of restaurants and hotels in the immediate vicinity, and the eating houses of Daylesford are just three kilometres away.
